How pawning works
1. Bring your item. Come to our counter with your item and your NRIC or valid photo ID.
2. We value it. We test and assess your item, then tell you the loan amount.
3. Get your cash. Agree to the loan and you get cash plus a pawn ticket. Keep the ticket safe.
4. Redeem or renew. Within 6 months, repay the loan and interest to collect your item, or renew to extend. Interest is capped by law at 1.5% a month.
If you don't redeem or renew within the 6-month redemption period, you may lose your item. Renew before the due date to keep it.
